Sprint 1 - Partner Connect
Targeting Real Estate Agents (REA’s), members create a list of 20 potential referral partners, and begin making contact utilising our ‘Connect’ framework. By the end of the first 2 weeks, members should have 2-5 meetings booked with potential referral partners.

Sprint 2 - Educate Partners
Whilst continuing to connect and meet with potential referral partners, members create a REA Handout offering a ‘Free Home Loan Verification Service’ to their clients, to make it as easy as possible for REA partners to generate referral opportunities.

Sprint 3 - Trusted Advisor
During our Trusted Advisor Sprint, members install our ‘anti-sales’ model to convert prospects into clients for life by changing the conversation to focus on the prospects big-picture financial goals as opposed to specific mortgage products and rates. This ‘plug-and-play’ sales framework includes best-practice scripting and templates for both a triages and strategy sessions.

Sprint 4 - Expert Authority
The Expert Authority Sprint assists members in developing a niche avatar and niche promise statement, to ensure they’re positioning themselves as an Expert Authority and can communicate very clearly in any marketing, conversations with potential referral partners, and prospects exactly who they are best positioned to help and how.

Sprint 5 - Dream Team
By this point, members will have formed referral relationships with REAs. The Dream Team Sprint leverages the work completed in the Expert Authority Sprint, to identify other potential professions already working with their niche avatar, so they can build out a Dream Team of referral partners leveraging the same ‘Connect’ strategy they learnt in their very first Sprint ‘Partner Connect’

Sprint 6 - Nurture Partners
Finally, the Nurture Partners Sprint assists members to build out and install a nurture strategy that will ensure they continue to nurture the referral partnerships they’ve developed, always remaining top-of-mind and ensuring consistent, ongoing referral volumes.
